This high storage capacity, Triumph 4810 EP semi-automatic paper cutter provides the operator with superior cutting capability. With a programmable “EP” back gauge control module equipped with a 10 button keypad, the Triumph 4810 EP is perfect for cutting jobs of high volume. The advanced LED display stores 99 programs, up to 99 steps for each, and permits up to 9 repeat cuts to be integrated into a program in one single step. This convenient feature also allows you to store frequently used measurements, making your cutting jobs even more efficient. The digital display of this Triumph cutter shows measurements in either centimeters or inches, and has proven to be accurate to 1/10 mm or 1/100 in. The back gauge control unit comes equipped with an eject function, repeat key, and “set” function for referencing measurements. The module also has a self-diagnostic tool, indicating to the user if there is any error in the system.

Each Triumph 4810 EP programmable paper cutting knife and back gauge is electrically controlled. Two side guides on the front table and back gauge allow precise positioning, even for small paper stocks. An electronic hand wheel with variable speed control is offered for manual back gauge setting. Your paper stock is guaranteed to remain secure and stationary with the manual spindle clamp. This Triumph paper cutter comes with Solingen steel blades and easily adjustable blade guides. Before you make a cut, the LED optical cutting line indicates the exact location of the cut and helps you to properly position trim marks. “SCS” safety features include a safe blade changing device, transparent automatically locking guards, safety lock with key and main switch, and automatic blade return from any position.
