Triumph Cutter 5222 Digicut

This programmable hydraulic paper cutter by MBM has hydraulic clamp drive that is adjustable between 440 and 2,420 psi and is ideal for digital printing. The Triumph 5222 Digicut has an electric cutting knife and back gauge drive, as well as an electronic hand wheel on the front of the cutter to allow variation in speed control for the manual back gauge. The dual side guides make repositioning the back gauge simple. The easy to use keypad is able to retain 99 programs, with 99 steps each, as well as commonly used measurements. With the repeat cut function, up to 9 repeat cuts can be added into any program. The MBM cutter also includes an eject button and “set” function, allowing the user to reference any programmed measurement.

This MBM Triumph cutter also ensures speed with the new and enhanced front safety light beams that protect the user and allow the back gauge to automatically advance to the next cut. Like many of the hydraulic cutters, the Triumph 5222 Digicut comes with LED optical cutting line for precise cutting and safety. Your paper stock will never be marked or indented thanks to the false clamp. The foot-pedal permits a pre-clamping option before you make a cut. The Triumph cutter is one of the larger cutters, only weighing about 850 lbs. The optional side tables extend the work area, giving you extra storage space for any higher volume cutting jobs. “SCS” features come standard with the Triumph 5222 Digicut.
